What is this?

Hide and Seek – Prop Hunt is a game of hide and seek where the hiders have disguised themselves as innocent, everyday props. A crate? Maybe. A flowerpot? Possibly. That suspiciously smug barrel in the corner? Who knows.

There's just one problem for them: they can't keep quiet.

How to play

• Shoot to listen. Every time you fire, you hear your shot — and right after it, a hint: a giggle, a cough, or a sneeze coming from a hidden prop nearby.
• Silence means too far. If you hear nothing after your shot, the hider is out of earshot. Reposition and try again.
• Shots cost time. Every shot burns a few valuable seconds off the clock, so don't just spray and pray — aim with your ears.
• Follow the sound. The direction the laughter, cough, or sneeze comes from is your only clue. Track it down and bust the prop!

🎧 Pro tip

Stereo headphones are very helpful. The hint sounds are positioned in 3D space — with headphones you can pinpoint exactly which direction that snicker came from. Playing on laptop speakers is like playing hide and seek with a blindfold... on your ears.
